Spruce Falls Cabins is a seasonal resort open mid-May through mid-October.

2024 Discounts

Stay with us early or for an extended visit in the 2024 season! A discount is given for stays, as follows:

Early Season: Thursday, 5/16 thru departure no later than Tuesday, 6/13, receive a 10% rate discount with a minimum 3 or 4 night stay. Five or 6 night stays receive a 15% rate discount. Week long stays receive an additional 10% off weekly rate.
Any seven consecutive nights includes one night complimentary. Fourteen consecutive nights includes two complimentary nights.
Stays of 8 to 13 nights are given a 15% discount.
A stay is considered as consecutive nights in the same cabin.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Cash or checks accepted. We do not accept bank cards.
Reservations made after April 1st, deposit is due 10 days after reservation is agreed upon.
Cancellation more than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival will receive full deposit refund.
A $50 booking fee is applied to cancellation or shortening of reservation that is 42 - 22 days (6-3 weeks) prior to arrival.
Deposit is non-refundable if guest cancels within 22 days (3 weeks) of check-in date.
Within 14 days of arrival, adjustments will not be given for late arrival or early departure.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Check-in is 4:00 pm or after on your arrival date. Check out by 10:30 am on your departure date.
Minnesota statue requires lodging guests to complete registration upon arrival. Your registration paper will be in your cabin. A drop box is located outside the office door.
Balance is due prior to check-out. Cash or checks accepted. We do not accept bank cards.

Guest / Visitor Policy

It is very important to us that we have a peaceful, quiet, and safe environment at Spruce Falls Cabins.

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
All cabins are non-smoking.
No pets, tents, campers or tree-hung hammocks are allowed on the property.
Fireworks are prohibited. Firearms must remain unloaded and securely stored.
Electrical vehicle charging is not an option on property.
Day visitors exceeding your cabin's capacity will be charged $10 each, for visitors exceeding four hours per day.
Fireplace and wood stove fires need to be without flames and screened before abandoned.
Outdoor fires must be within a depression on the ledge rock or at the cobblestone cove. Keep fire monitored and fully extinguished before abandoned.
Do not burn trash or food in any fire. No glass at the beach, lake edge, cove or creek, please.
Housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay.
Bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are guest responsibility.
Bed linens, bat mats, and kitchen towels will be provided. If you will be bringing any of your own, please let us know at least one week in advance – We will remove what will be redundant.
Do let us know of ANY immediate or potential maintenance needs.

All cabins at Spruce Falls are housekeeping cabins. The tradition of such North woods resorts is a shared responsibility between guests and hosts. Certain tasks are asked of the guests to maintain the home-style accommodations. A short outline specifying the housekeeping expectations is posted in your cabin. As a small, family owned resort, our cabins have become a community to many returning guests over the years. We hope you will always enjoy a welcoming peaceful stay at the lake.
